This album was obviously put out to try to sell Glenn Hughes' back catalog to his new Deep Purple followers, but it works rather nice as a sampler as to what that band was up to. Some good hard rock tunes similar to Free, but with a strong funk influence which is all around similar to his later days with Purple. If you enjoy his songs with Deep Purple as I do, then this would fit your collection nicely.
